Established as a General Contractor corporation in 2008, we are based and licensed in California and holds licenses:  A & B #919666. Headquartered in National City, San Diego Casitas services all communities in San Diego County.

We are a Design-Build performance based general contractor. We specialize in building Backyard Casitas or, ADU’s or Granny Flats. We are also experts in new home construction and all type of home remodeling. We do whole house remodels, additions (including, second stories, home offices, game rooms, and home theaters). We also specialize in pools and improving our clients outdoor living space to take advantage of San Diego’s great year-round weather.

Our employees are experienced and highly skilled; from our in-house design team, to on site project management to skilled craftsmen in the field, our goal is to ensure the final product meets and exceeds our client’s expectations. We pride ourselves on providing a turnkey experience for our clients. By streamlining  the building process as much as possible and we also minimize the stress for the homeowner.
